ECVC was founded in 1976 by Dr. Greg Moore and his wife Donna. Dr. Moore served both large and small animal clients in their Lover's Lane location through 2005. In 2005, Dr. Moore, with design assistance of his wife, built the current location on Million Dollar Highway. Dr. Jesse Shirey and his wife, Jessica, purchased the clinic in 2010 and have been running it since. ECVC prides itself on being part of a wonderful set of communities in Elk and Cameron Counties.
